IPW and Rumah123 Celebrate a Decade of Legacy in Indonesia’s Property Industry

Jakarta, September 29, 2025 – Indonesia’s property industry stands at a pivotal juncture, with evolving market dynamics underscoring the need for stronger credibility and quality standards to ensure sustainable growth.

Data from Indonesia Property Watch (IPW) indicates a slight slowdown in the housing market compared to last year, yet optimism remains high. Rumah123 data as of August 2025 shows primary listings up 17.6% year-on-year, while consumer demand grew 15.6% between January and August.

IPW CEO, Ali Tranghanda emphasized that the Golden Property Awards (GPA) serves not only as recognition but as a trusted quality benchmark built on data integrity and rigorous evaluation. Echoing this, Andry Law, VP Marketing of Rumah123, noted that GPA helps the public identify reliable projects while encouraging developers to prioritize quality and market relevance.

This year, Vasanta Group proudly earned two awards at the Raffles Jakarta ceremony: Best Sub Regional Development Project for Shila at Sawanganreceived by Mario Susanto, Vice President Director of Vasanta Group, and Best Premium Housing Project for Hannam at Eco Town, received by Lee Je Hong, President Director of Lotte Land Sawangan.

“We are honored to stand alongside leading developers such as Sinar Mas Land, Alam Sutera, Summarecon Agung, and Paramount Land. This recognition reinforces our commitment to sustainable growth, community-focused development, and innovation that shapes modern living,” said Mario.

The event was also attended by Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY), Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development, honored as Property and Housing Infrastructure Market Mover. AHY emphasized collaboration between government and industry to expand housing access and shape the lives of future generations.

Nearly 500 projects underwent GPA’s eight-month assessment under the IPW Standard Project Rating 2.1, evaluating 24 criteria including location, development, management, and marketing. GPA 2025 also recognized regional and subsidized housing developers through its inclusive — encouraging higher standards, collaboration, and real progress in Indonesia’s housing sector.
